It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letha Blanche Waters (Baylis, Illinois), born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bert Hoover and Gertrude Schweppe Hoover; her spouse John Arthur Waters; her siblings, Lillian Quirk, Lebeta Turner and Levester Hoover; and her nephew Leroy Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Ra Scott (Husband Michael) of Liberty, IL and John Waters, II (Wife Margaret) of Fenton, MI.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Waters of Fenton, MI, John Waters, III of Fenton, MI and Jonathan Scott of Liberty, IL.; and her nieces and nephews, Wilma Schreake, Dorothy O'Brien, Shirley Clarey, Phyllis Cutforth, Lester Hoover, Loretta Ward, Irene Watkins and Oscar "Butch" Turner.
