He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Heye and Clara Heye (Bishop); his wife Sylvia Earhart; and his sister Rosalyn Conway (George). He is survived by: his sons, Dale Heye (Dana) of Bath and Donald Heye of Havana; his grandchildren, Zachary Heye, Allie Walker (Taylor) and Morgan Friedrich (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Maddilyn Heye, Brooks Walker and Hayes Walker.
