He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fornoff and Mildred Fornoff (Vogel). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fornoff (Middelkamp); his children, Steven Fornoff (Brenda), Carole Fornoff and Kevin Fornoff (Lori); his grandchildren, Kyle Davenport (Katie), Travis Davenport (Rachel), Ty Fornoff and Gavin Fornoff (Robin); his great grandchildren, Myles Davenport, Klay Davenport, Kyler Davenport, Ollie Davenport, Melvin Fornoff and Lucille Fornoff; and his siblings, Judy Shirley (Paul), Dale Fornoff (Karen), Roger Fornoff (Brenda), Randy Fornoff (Nan) and Doug Fornoff (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
