She is survived by: her children, Jeff Clark (Kim) of Chandlerville and Susan Upton (Dale) of Fallston; her grandsons, Luke Clark (Morgan) and Logan Clark (Krystina); her stepgrandsons, Wes Upton (Shelley) and Jason Upton; her great grandchildren, Madison and McKayla; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Acie and Austin.
Memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to the American Cancer Society.
