He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Mackey (Debbie), Craig Mackey (Carrie), Michael Mackey and Tim Mackey (Lisa); his grandchildren, Adam Mackey (Patricia), Christopher Mackey (Tamra), Jacob Mackey (Kendall), Spencer Mackey (Aysa), Stacey Mackey, Camron Mackey, Even Mackey, Rachel Mackey and Andrew Mackey; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Elayna and Coleson.
