He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Kathy Kokoruz (David), Sandy Kramer and Samuel Kramer (Barb); his stepchildren, Stacey, T. J. and Amy; and his siblings, Ann Gette and Daniel Kramer (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
