He is survived by: his parents, Ragnar and Helen; his wife Wilma; his children, John Carlson (Mary), Tracey Malioris (Gediminas), Steven Carlson (Ashley), Brian Carlson and Douglas Carlson; and his sisters, Mary Ann Ford and Jean Bradley (Cyril). He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
