He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Stephen Foust (Nancy), Marguerite Deephouse (Melvin), Janice Jett, Marsha Sikkema (late Robert) and Julie Shipp (Simon); his grandchildren, Jacob Foust, Brian Deephouse (Jerrit), David Deephouse (Amanda), Kelley McNees (Howard), Leah Olson and Hannah Steffic (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Katelynn Deephouse, Jonathan Deephouse, Grace Deephouse, Casie Areaux (Joel), Karley Crawford, Nicholas McNees and Brandon McNees.
