She was predeceased by: her parents, George Yurko and Frances Yurko; her brothers, John and James Yurko; and her nephew Ryan Emich.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Polek; her children, Scott Elliott, Elizabeth Nash (Cory) and James Polek; her grandchildren, Meghan, Jessica, Emily, Sean Elliott and Colton Nash; and her siblings, Teresa Morowczynski, Richard Yurko (Joyce), Barbara Emich, Mary Dempsey (Alan) and Christine Brown (Alan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that all attendees wear a face covering and maintain social distancing while attending the funeral.
