He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Smulski and Tilly Smulski (Golec); and his brother Henry Smulski (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Smulski (Szaflarski); his son Christopher Smulski (Jenna); and his grandchildren, Cate and Braden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (4401 Highcrest Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
