We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022, at the age of 96, Phyllis Hartman of Batavia, Illinois, born in Odon, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ingalls and Jenny Ingalls (Nelson); her husband Francis "Bill" Hartman, Sr.; her sons, Francis "Bill" Hartman, Jr. and Dwight Hartman; and her son-in-law Bruce Patzer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cyndee Patzer of St. Charles, IL, Beth Hastings (John) of Moraga, CA and Terrie Huggins (Brent) of Batavia; and her daughters-in-law, Betsy Hartman and Hannah Hartman. She is also survived by several grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a private visitation will be held.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
