He is survived by: his children, Patrick Henry III (Lynn) of Lone Rock, WI, Darlene Shaw (Rick) of Lake Wales, FL, William (Karen) of Geneva, Ann Collins of Geneva, Joan Collins of Itasca and Chris (Hope) of Elburn; his son-in-law Michael Klotz; his grandchildren, Christine Busse (Matt), David Klotz (Amber), Melissa Augustine (Noah), Katie Settle (Clint), Andrew Scott (Jenny), Ryan Scott, Alyson, Nicole, Patrick and Grace Collins; his great grandchildren, Leah, Jackson, Matthew, Cameron, Carter, Halle, Lincoln, Grant, Sawyer, McKinleigh, Finn and Charleigh; and his sisters, Margaret Hoff and Agnes Holmberg. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
