It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nicholas Kuriga of Batavia, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Kuriga and Augusta Kuriga (Michailovna Zvatochna); his wife Therese Klimasz; and his siblings, William Kuriga, John Kuriga and Anne Sewerynczyk.

He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Thorne (Fred) and Jan Letko (Dan); his granddaughters, Jane Kitick, Sara Meyer (Zac), Marissa Knuth (Parker) and Valerie Letko (Nick Evangelista); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Thomas Kitick and Jovie Sue Meyer.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to a charity of your choice.
