It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Georgeson of Batavia, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Proyan and Cornelia Van Proyan (Kortenhovan); and her brother Glen Van Proyan. She is survived by: her children, David Georgeson (Lori), Doug Georgeson (Julie), Karen Walen (Rich) and John B. Georgeson (Susan); her grandchildren, John C. (Emily), Jennifer Georgeson, Shawn Rodenburg, Brian, Allison, Jack, Ellie and Annie Georgeson; and her great grandchild Lily Georgeson.
