She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. and Mae J. Nelson; her husband Ken; her siblings, Evelyn Sytar, Margaret Urich, Madelyn Bast, Marion Blakesley, Alfred Nelson, Carl Nelson and Allen Nelson; her sister-in-law Natalie Follansbee; and her son-in-law Al Birkeneder.
She is survived by: her children, Hoot Peddy, His Vagabonds, Collette Birkeneder (Al), Larry Peddy (Jennifer), Darrell Peddy (Sheila) and Gerry Sytar (Cherilyn); and her grandchildren, Robert Birkeneder (Julie), Susan Braunsky (Ed), Kristine Sangermano (Mario), Kelly Peddy, Larry Peddy (Fotene), Gianna Peddy, Daniel Peddy (Carmen), David Peddy (Kelly), Meggyn Sytar and Joshua Sytar. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
