He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Smith and Lorraine P. Smith (Stamm); and his brother Kenneth Smith. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Walsh; his sons, Kevin Smith (Hasime) and Brian Smith (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Anastasia), Krystin Thein (Zachary), Caleb Smith (Katy), Caitlin Wuethrich (Max) and Joshua Smith (Sydney); his great grandchild Carter Wuethrich; and his sister Donna Kohler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
