He was predeceased by: his cousin Melanie Hatch. He is survived by: his parent Char Johnson (Faber); his grandfather Lawrence "Tuffy" Faber; his father Michael Johnson; his sister Renee' Agnew (Adam); his grandparents, Ernie, Dawn Johnson and Polly Faber; and his uncle Lennie Faber.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Keith's name.
