It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce M. Piec of Batavia, Illinois, born in Great Yarmouth, Eastern, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo McDermott and Florrie McDermott; her sons, Christopher Piec (Diana) of St. Charles, Dave Piec of Geneva and Greg Piec of Batavia; her grandchildren, Derek Piec, Andrew Piec (Elizabeth), Brianna Leistikow (Chad), Ryan Piec (Meredith) and Eric Piec (Lauren); her brothers, Derrick McDermott (Christine) and Michael McDermott (Annette); her husband Jan; and her sister Margaret Newman. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be private due to Covid restrictions.
