It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Ferree (Batavia, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Hiemenz. She is survived by: her husband Lee of Urbandale; her children, Martin Ferree of Batavia, IL, Laura Ridgway (Forrest) of Las Vegas, NV and Michele Maglione (Pete) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Megan McNeece (Matt), Bif Ridgway (Kristy) of Van Meter, IA, Parker Ridgway and Noah Ridgway; and her great grandchildren, Levi McNeece, Logan McNeece and Forrest Ridgway IV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the ALS Association Iowa Chapter.
