He was predeceased by: his father John Rudser. He is survived by: his wife Laura Wippich; his children, Jennie Mouer (Daniel), Julia, Nora and Captain Kristen Serumgard; his grandson Jack Matthew; and his siblings, Guy Serumgard (Linda Miller), Jane Serumgard Lowe (Geoffrey) and Julie Serumgard Gray (Skip). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
