He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Paul and Lillian Lempke (Traczyk). He is survived by: his wife Angela Campobasso; his daughter Jill Miller (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Lily, Charlie and Anthony Miller. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family where Jim wanted them to be used towards his grandchildren's college education.
