He is survived by: his former wife Suzanne Bain; his wife Suzanne "Suzy"; his daughters, Beth Augustine (Jack Baldermann) and Jessica Cielak (Kurt); his grandson Tyson James Cielak; and his sister Bianca Reid (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
