She was predeceased by: her mother Annie L. of Washington; her husband Augustine Banks; and her grandson Courtney Brown. She is survived by: her children, Winnette Russell, Sharon Ellis (Dwayne), Virginia Turnage (Elton), Margie Foster (Eris), Horace Brown (Tina), Sandra Brown, Laurie Solomon (Tore), Patricia Mitchell (Ricky) and Joseph Fields. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
