With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgia Lecos of Batavia, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Argires and Athanasia Argires; her siblings, Connie Harrigan and Peter Argires; and her husband Gust.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Eubanks (Vance) of Wheaton, Cindy Rodriguez (Rick) of Geneva and Bill Lecos (Deb) of Crystal Lake; her grandchildren, Justin Rodriguez (Erika), Kristin Rodriguez, Kosta and Dakota Lecos; and her sister Anna Lampros of Glen Ellyn. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the: CRC Benevolent Fund, 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia, IL 60510, as Georgia was so happy in her new life at the Holmstad Covenant Retirement Community.
