He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maxson and Otillia Maxson (Arbinger); and his siblings, Beatrice Raglione, Diana Maxson, William Maxson and Alice Continelli.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Scott Maxson (Elaine) of Aurora and Kelley Burgbacher (Bob) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ethan (Alyssa), Shannon, Rachel Maxson, Emily and Sarah Burgbacher; and his friend Bernadette Mayer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (324 E State St, Geneva, IL 60134). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
