He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Thompson and Alice Thompson (Chelin); his brother Duane Thompson; and his nephews, David and Rob.
He is survived by: his wife Nora "Jill" Thompson; his daughters, Paula Isaacson (Jeff), Julie McNamara (Mike) and Amy Thompson; his grandchildren, Trevor, Cora, Chelin Isaacson, Cassius, Caden and Aracely McNamara; and his sister Ann King (Dan). He is also survived by his three girls.
