He was predeceased by: his father John F. Payne. He is survived by: his pet Miss Lainey; his daughter Lyndsey Schaefer (Adam); his mother Kathleen M. Payne (Carey); his siblings, Brian Payne (Niesha) and Meghan Payne; and his nieces, Caili Payne and Alexis Payne.
