He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Johnson and Jessie Johnson (Gustafson). He is survived by: his sons, Bram and Rory Borger-Johnson; his siblings, Steve, Kenneth Johnson and Beth Helmerich; and his sister-in-law Jann Curtis (Stacy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
