She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Elfstrom and Helen Elfstrom; her husband Gordon Schulenburg; and her brother Teddy Elfstrom. She is survived by: her children, Mark Schulenburg (Carol) of Wheaton, Randy Schulenburg (Lori) of Hampshire, Brian Schulenburg (Cyndi) of Eden Prairie, MN, Kevin Schulenburg (Melissa) of Geneva and Jenny Caterer (Matt) of Aurora; her grandchildren, Kirsten Ovitt (Keegan), Brittney Dymski (Chris), Lindsey Schulenburg, Joy Schulenburg, Matthew Schulenburg (Brianna), Breanna Wakefield (Rad), Christopher Schulenburg (Samantha), Jeremy Schulenburg, Zachary Schulenburg (Brenna), Christina Schulenburg, Luke Schulenburg, Rebecca Schulenburg, Joshua Schulenburg and Kylee Caterer; and her sister Marlene Pearson (Larry).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the Gideons, an organization that was close to Bea's heart and reflected her passion for sharing God's Word.
