He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurgen Johnson and Florence Johnson (Huls). He is survived by: his wife Myrna Rampley of Basco; his daughters, Kathy Manley (James) of Middletown and Pamela Johnson of Basco; his grandson Zachary Manley; and his siblings, Michael Johnson (Virginia) of Basco and Darlene Pfeifferling (Neil) of Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
