With solemn reverence, we commemorate Don Kunz of Basco, Illinois, whose life came to an end on October 18, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kunz and Irene Kunz (Beeler); his son Jay Donald Kunz; his brother Jerry Kunz; and his in-laws, Evelyn and Arthur Lackscheide.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Lackscheide of Basco; his daughter Jolene Moest (James) of Lena, Illinois; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Branscome (Kort), Jacob Moest, Nicole Moest (Colten Dornbach) and Jacquelyn Moest; and his great grandchild Vivian Branscome. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to the Cardiac Unit at Mayo Clinic in Rochester or the Bethlehem United Church of Christ near Sutter.
