He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurley Harris and Rachel Adell Harris (Hallman); and his children, Lisa Weisihan and Scotty Harris. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Miller; his daughters, Mindy Pennman (Lonnie) of Springfield and Roseza Parker of Peoria; his brother Lloyd "Wayne" Harris of Princeton, KY; and his grandchildren, Krystina Harris, Tori Guppy-Weil, Challen Harris, Scott Pennman, Austin Harris and Connor Pennman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bayview Baptist Church.
