He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Doyle (Dennis) of Dunlap, Michael Phillips of Bartonville and Debbie Williams (Carl) of Peoria. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund or the National Kidney Foundation.
