It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theda Toebbe (Bartonville, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edward and Theda Violet Bradshaw (Hayse); her husband Ronald J. Toebbe; and her son Kenneth Toebbe. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Toebbe Jr. of Quincy, LeRoy James Toebbe of Peoria, Rhonda Lynn Maushard (Tom) of Peoria and Theda "Kathy" Reynolds of Peoria. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
