She is survived by: her former husband David Hagen of Metamora; her husband Scott Rasmussen; her brother Kevin Scott Johnstone (Linda) of East Peoria; her nieces and nephews, Dustin Ledbetter (Angela) of Metamora, Derrick Ledbetter (Sabrina) of Peoria, Jennifer Ballard (Wesley) of Peoria Heights and Erica Johnstone of Creve Coeur; her great-niece Katie Ledbetter of Chillicothe; her close friend Debbie Schwindenhammer of Bartonville; and her pets, Casey and Toto.
