She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rice and Lois Rice (Carr). She is survived by: her husband Mike Williams; her daughter Caroline "Carrie" Schindler; her son-in-law Alan Schindler; her granddaughter Jordan Schindler; and her sister Diane Hostettler.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Limestone High School Bands, Project Linus Peoria Chapter, or Peoria Toys For Tots.
