She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carter and Doris Carter (Stoner); and her sister Doris Brodbeck. She is survived by: her children, Lauri Schneider (Matt Sollenberger) of Brimfield and Kevin Estep; her grandchildren, Maddie Sollenberger and Gage Estep; her siblings, Stephen Carter (Marilyn) of Venice, FL, Richard Carter of Peoria and Janice Thompson of Bartonville; her sister-in-law Marilyn; and her nephew Nick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
