She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Simmons and Thora Simmons (Smith); her former husband David J. Couch; and her brothers, Kent and Pat Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Albert (Billy) of Bartonville, David M. Couch (Crystal) of Norwood and Tabitha Couch of Bartonville; and her brother Mike Simmons (Sandie) of Bartonville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton/Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607).
