She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Roy and Anna Pike (Milstedt); and her son Riley B. Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Riley C. Belcher; her son Mark Belcher (Debra) of Peoria; and her sister Shirley Flier (Bob) of Bartonville. She is also survived by six granddaughters; several great-grandchildren.
