She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Edward and Mina Siefferman (McWorthy); her husband Leland Frankland; her children, Robert Frankland (Lyn) of Bartonville, Judith Ann Balek (Steve) of Fayetteville, GA, Keith Frankland (Cindy) of Estero, FL, Rick Frankland of Bartonville, Marla Finch (Brian) of Bloomington, IL and Steve Frankland (Robin); and her sisters-in-law, Imogene Taylor and Wilma Siefferman.

Due to her involvement throughout the years at the Community Workshop and Training Center, in lieu of flowers, donations are requested to this agency which serves individuals with disabilities at 3215 N. University in Peoria, Illinois.
