Richard Victor Welton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022, at the age of 83, Richard Victor Welton (Bartonville, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Welton and Wanda Welton (Wassell); his wife Marilyn Smith; and his grandsons, Daniel James Welton and Noah Nathaniel Welton.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Todd Welton (Diane), Teresa Welton, Tammy Zachman (James) and Tony Welton; his grandchildren, Drew Zachman (Christie), Shawnie Zachman, Brice Welton (Esther), James Welton (Rebecca), Payton Welton and Isabella Welton; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Kylee and Tana; his half-sister Kethear Ray; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Smith and Buck Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
