He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Melz and Ada Melz (Newsam). He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Bogren (Rick) of New Orleans, LA, Michael Melz (Elaine) of Ballwin, MO, Jerry Smith (Karla Trueblood) of Pekin and Catherine Noyes (Scott) of Manchester, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
