She was predeceased by: her parents, Oral Bell and Martha Bell (Evans); her husband Richard "Dick" Robbins; her grandson Joshua Polk; and her siblings, Dorothy Gobert and Raymond Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Robbins, Jr. (Connie) of East Peoria, Randy Robbins (Katy) of Bartonville, Craig Robbins of West Peoria, Tamela Montiel of East Peoria, Kellie Graham of Chillicothe and Dana Driggers (Darrell) of East Peoria. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
