She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Briggs and Murriel Briggs (Byram); and her siblings, Homer Briggs Jr., Jim Henricks, Raymond Hendricks, Thelma Gardner, Barbara Santo and Nancy Koeppel.

She is survived by: her husband Irvin T. Koeppel; her sons, Bob Koeppel (Lynn) of Canton and Rick Koeppel of Peoria; her grandchildren, Jennifer Koeppel, Jack Koeppel and Katelynn Koeppel; and her brother Harry Briggs (Charlotte) of Bartonville.
