He is survived by: his parent Vivian Starnes; his spouse Kathy Krueger; his daughter Rhonda Morris (Jon) of Mapleton; his stepchildren, Rhonda Letizia (Louie) of Indiana, Debbie Turk (Dave) of Clinton, MO, Keith Shinnefield of Bartonville and Toni Farrell (Jeff) of Overland Park, KS; his brother Don Jester of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Brandon Morris and Brittany Morris.
