He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen Clouse; his daughter Angela Fornoff (Tracy) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Ona Sidlinger (David) of East Peoria, Jerry Ailshie (Katy) of Washington and Austin Ailshie (Christina) of Peoria; and his great grandchildren, Elle, Sebastien and Charlie.
