He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Ingram Nov; his daughter Kathy Brooks of Peoria; his grandsons, Kenneth Brooks (Holly) of Peoria and Dustin Brooks (Kristi Hoover) of East Peoria; his great grandchildren, Kinsey Brooks, Kalei Brooks of Chillicothe, Allie Brooks of East Peoria and Keith Brooks of Chillicothe; his brothers-in-law, Tom Ingram (Kay) of Bartonville and Larry Ingram (Pat) of Indianapolis; and his grandson Ken.
