She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale S. Swank and Alma Nell Tate Swank; and her husband Roger M. Ashby. She is survived by: her children, Roger Michael Ashby (Dawn) and Lisa K. Johnson; her grandchildren, Quentin Ashby, Tyler Ashby, Dominic Johnson, Mallory Johnson and Chace Ashby; and her great grandchildren, Jessa, Quincy, Quade, Lola and Lyle.
