He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Kramer; and his nephew TJ Tanner. He is survived by: his mother Kim McMenimen Kramer of East Peoria; his siblings, Dustin Kramer (April) of Fort Collins, CO and Nicci Dillon (Chuck) of Victoria; his stepsister Kori Thompson of Galesburg; and his sister-in-law Heather Kramer-Armstrong of Michigan. He is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
