He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Dixon; his children, Richard Towery (Vickie) of Ringgold, GA, Jessee Towery Jr. (Lori) of Pekin and Tracy Bearden (Bob) of Montgomery, IL; his siblings, David Towery (Glinda) of South Pekin, Allen Towery of Delavan, James Towery of Pekin, Alice Bohannan (Jake) of Pekin, Sandy Bennett (Jim) of Pekin and Kimberly Rice of Cayuga, IN; and his half-brother Russell Towery (Anna) of Cayuga, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
